To set up airport shuttle service for your group, please call (800) 287-5934 or (865) 522-8108.  We can provide this service for groups of 50 or more who are flying into the Knoxville airport and staying at the downtown Knoxville hotels (Crowne Plaza, Four Points by Sheraton, Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Select, Knoxville Hilton, Marriott Hotel and the St. Oliver). 

 

 

 

If your group already has shuttle service set up, please click on your group's logo to the right which will take you to the reservation page where you can enter your arrival flight, time, date and the hotel where you are staying.  Or you can call (800) 287-5934 and make your reservation by telephone.

1.  You must make a reservation by email (reservations@chariotsofhire.com) or by calling (800) 287-5934.  If your arrival or departure does not coincide with our shuttle schedule, we are not responsible.  To guarantee each shuttle departure time, we must have a reservation at that time.  You are welcome to walk up without a reservation but if seats are limited, those with reservations will have precedence.

2.  Shuttle departure times are as follows:  Departing from TYS every 45 minutes starting at 9:00 AM; Departing from Downtown at the top of every hour from 4:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

3.  The price is $30 for round trip or $20 for one way for advance reservations (reservations made at least 30 days prior to your arrival); if you make your reservation within 30 days or less, the rate is $34 for round trip and $24 for one way.  There are no refunds.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

4.  The pick up and drop off point at the hotels will be at the same location.  Please pay attention to where you are dropped off.  You will need to be ready for your shuttle back to the airport from the hotel 10 minutes prior to your shuttle pick up time and it might be 10 minutes after before your shuttle arrives.  The drivers are not responsible to search or wait for passengers.  Please understand that though the downtown hotels are close, it is impossible to be in multiple places at the same time.
